General Report <p><strong>Members Present: 12</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Zoom &amp; The Educational Building of the First United Methodist Church of Winter Garden. 127 N. Boyd St. Winter Garden, FL 34787</p> <p><strong>Report</strong></p> <ul> <li>Discussed about the upcoming Living The Dream activity. John P volunteered (voluntold) to be the grill master at the event. We will buy supplies when we are closer to the event to keep things fresh.&nbsp;</li> <li>Discussed bowling event. We need more help selling tickets. We are asking for everyon&#39;s support to make this event a success, aka buying and selling tickets, even if you can&#39;t attend you can always buy one for a newcomer. Tom O realized that the event landed the same weekend as Region. He suggested at region to make the bowling event the fellowship event for Saturday night. There was a lot of interest. Tom asked how we could pre-sell the tickets to the RCMs. We will be proving an electronic method to sell tickets. We are excited to host RCMs from areas acrcoss the Florida region.</li> <li>The next topic was finding a location for the Halloween event and choosing a date. Tom O hade the idea of joining the Halloween Bash with Learning To Live&#39;s anniversary celebration. These events usually happen very close together. Their location is the used for the Friday Night Live meeting. We asked if there was the possibility of using that facility either the weekend of Halloween or the weekend prior. Tomo O has secured the location for the weekend prior. The Halloween Bash will be held on October 24th, 2026 at 1655 Peel Ave.&nbsp;</li> <li>Finally, we discussed having a New Year&#39;s Eve or some type of holiday event closer to or in the&nbsp;Kissimmee area.</li> <li>Report posted to website.
