General Report <p><strong>Members Present: 10</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;The Educational Building of the First United Methodist Church of Winter Garden. 127 N. Boyd St. Winter Garden, FL 34787</p> <p><strong>Report</strong></p> <ul> <li>Service Awareness Day was discussed. Start time was changed to 9:30am.&nbsp;It will be held on Saturday&nbsp;June 20th from 9:30am to 12:00pm at 800 Grand St. We will have free coffee and donuts. We are asking subcommittes to show up at 8:30am to start setup. We would like each subcommittee lead to talk for approximately 15 minutes about how service is important to them and&nbsp;how their specific subcommittee experience has impacted their recovery, as well as educating other members about the subcommittee.&nbsp;Service Awareness Day flyers were created and approved by&nbsp;the subcommittee. It has been posted to our website.</li> <li>Discussed Bowling Event at Boardwalk Bowl&nbsp;in East Orlando.&nbsp; <ul> <li>Bowling and Billiards/Pool</li> <li>Subcommittee decided to make buttons for teams. Buttons will be Meeting Names or&nbsp;NA Slogans. This will serve as a keepsake.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Discussed Spring Fling at Rock Springs for next year summer event.</li> <li>COU Convention Fundraising Lead approached Activities to work together on future events</li> <li>Eastside Recovery approached Activites about putting on Picnic in conjunction with Activites next year</li> <li>Discussed Area Elections</li> <li>New Event Idea: Scavenger Hunt</li> <li>Discussed promoting &#39;Kidnap the Banner&#39;</li> <li>Report posted to website.
