General Report <p><b>ASC Date: 2026-4-12</b><br /> <strong>Guide Meeting Date:&nbsp;</strong>26-4-5</p> <p>Discussed printing new hard copies of the updated guidelines for homegroups with GOASCNA admin. Will request budget if necessary, motion may be needed.</p> <p>Natasha used Microsoft Word to translate guidelines in Spanish, sent to Dennisse for review and awaiting approval. Will discuss the option of printing guidelines in Spanish for groups who request it and adding copy to the Orlando NA website.</p> <p>**Budget reports due last month (March) to go back to groups to address any questions and/ or concerns. Budgets should be brought back in April for further discussion, if necessary. Budgets will be sent back to groups for any final changes before May GOASCNA. Finalized budgets should be provided in May allowing the treasurer to confirm new GOASCNA budget for the start of the fiscal year.</p> <p><strong>Additional Notes:</strong></p> <p>- Most up to date version of guidelines is on orlandona.org.<br /> - No additional Printed Copies will be provided at this time.<br /> - Updated the table of contents to be more user friendly when viewing online/ downloading- sections can be clicked on to jump to appropriate section of guidelines. Added to page 42 (section X, A)<br /> Proposal 251103P: Update the H&amp;I procedural guidelines for &quot;Panel Leader&quot; to include &quot;Having a NA sponsor and NA homegroup.&quot; Added page 37, section 6.<br /> Proposal 250603P: Disruptive Behavior Guidelines added to page 7 section I, B. Proposal 231103P: To allow RCM 1 and 2 to stay for two nights at the Regional Service Committee Weekend added to page 20 section L<br /> Proposal 251002P: For subcommittees, admin body, and workgroups to have meeting minutes sent to Google Groups or posted one week before ASC instead of one day as stated in our Procedural Guidelines on page 9, I, part G, line 10.<br /> Proposal 251004P: Include in the Procedural Guidelines under General Committee Guidelines a part to include the Greater Orlando Area Conduct Statement, and for it to be read following the NA Service Prayer.
