General Report <p>This report outlines the current updates made to our Procedural Guidelines through the October ASC proposal updates. The updates are listed below.</p> <p><strong>Updates Completed</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proposal 231103P <ul> <li>To allow RCM 1 and 2 to stay for two nights at the Regional Service Committee Weekend.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Proposal 251002P <ul> <li>For subcommittees, admin body, and workgroups to have meeting minutes sent to Google Groups or posted one week before ASC instead of one day as stated in our Procedural Guidelines in section 1, part H, line 10.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Proposal 251004P <ul> <li>Include in the Procedural Guidelines under General Committee Guidelines a part to include the Greater Orlando Area Conduct Statement, and for it to be read following the NA Service Prayer.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Pending Items</strong></p> <ul> <li>Subcommittee Changes: still awaiting any updates for Subcommittees. <ul> <li>I was notified by a member of the Celebration of Unity that there will be changes being proposed to their section.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Notes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sent the updates (through October 12, 2025&nbsp;ASC) to Webpage to be uploaded to the website.</li> <li>There will be 10 copies of the Procedural Guidelines at the November ASC. First-come, first-served. These copies will be distributed to ASC members who hold a position, with one copy per home group.</li> <li>Created laminated copies of the readings for ASC, and will provide them to the Facilitator at the November ASC.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Next Steps</strong></p> <ul> <li>Any updates from the November ASC will be updated the week after ASC, and submit the full document will be submitted to Webpage.
