The 12 Traditions and the public Relations Statement were read.</p> <p><strong>General Report</strong></p> <p><strong>Welcome to Mike M our newest PR/Phoneline committee member!</strong></p> <p>196 Total Calls to Helpline from June 24-July 29; 82 answered direct; 13 JFT readings; 62 Meeting Searches by Prompt; 25 meeting searches by text</p> <p>We are developing an instruciton sheet for new phoneline volunteers for them to follow until they are able to provide a consistent message to callers. We will issie &quot;Phoneline and PR Basics booklets to all new volunteers. We have two(2) Spanish Speaking volunteers and would always welcome additional volunteers who speak Spanish. Welcome to Kevin S as our CoordinatorII. Patricia and Kevin are the contact members for members who would like to be a phoneline volunteer. Orientations provided by Kevin and Patricia.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Public Relations committee is continuing its letter writing campaign to organizations which include our QR Code Flyer. Contacts made thus far include Orange COunty Coalition for a Drug Free Community; UCF Nursing School; Full Sail University; Advent Health; Orange County Department of Juvenile Justice and others</p> <p>We contionue to attend monthly meetings for the Recovery Friendly Workforce of Florida.</p> <p>We attended the NAWS quarterly Public Relations webinar on Saturday August 9 - Presentations from Brasil, Russia and Pacific-Cascade Region</p> <p><strong>Elections</strong></p> <p>Desiree S to acclimate to Leader</p> <p><strong>Concerns or Needs</strong></p> <p>Spanish Menu Option on Helpline is garbled.
