General Report <p><strong>General Report</strong></p> <p>This report outlines the current updates made to our Procedural Guidelines based on recent ASC proposals. Listed below.</p> <p><b>Recent Updates</b></p> <p>Proposal 251102: Procedural guidelines reflect specific time for COU lead 2 vote of acclimation the month after COU. Convention and COU lead 2 opened up for nomination at that time and election for lead 2 the following month. Added to page 42 (section X, A)</p> <p>Proposal 251103P: Update the H&amp;I procedural guidelines for &quot;Panel Leader&quot; to include &quot;Having a NA sponsor and NA homegroup.&quot; Added page 37, section 6. Proposal 250603P: Disruptive Behavior Guidelines added to page 7 section I, B.</p> <p>Proposal 231103P: To allow RCM 1 and 2 to stay for two nights at the Regional Service Committee Weekend added to page 20 section L</p> <p>Proposal 251002P: For subcommittees, admin body, and workgroups to have meeting minutes sent to Google Groups or posted one week before ASC instead of one day as stated in our Procedural Guidelines on page 9, I, part G, line 10.</p> <p>Proposal 251004P: Include in the Procedural Guidelines under General Committee Guidelines a part to include the Greater Orlando Area Conduct Statement, and for it to be read following the NA Service Prayer. Added to page 9, Section H.</p> <p><strong>Pending Items:</strong></p> <p>Proposal 2511201P: Updates waiting for adhoc group developing guidelines for literature order procedures and meeting list printing due to price increase.</p> <p><b>Additional Notes:</b></p> <p>- Most up to date version of guidelines is on orlandona.org.</p> <p>- No additional Printed Copies will be provided at this time.</p> <p>- Updated the table of contents to be more user friendly when viewing online/ downloading- sections can be clicked on to jump to appropriate section of guidelines.
