Opened the meeting with a moment of silence followed by the Serenity Prayer. The 12 Traditions were read.
General Report We held our subcommittee on May 21, 2019, at 7:00 pm. There were 25 members present, including 5 new members. The new members attended orientation.Presently we have 38 facilities on our H&I facilities list. 15 are clearance and 23 are non-clearance. We presently have 8 open clearance facilities, and 7 open, non clearance facilities. As of this report, we have 30 panel leaders going into 18 non-clearance facilities, and 9 clearance. Please keep in mind, that most of these facilities have multiple presentations on our listing, as some facilities request more than one weekly meeting from our H&I subcommittee.With that being said, only 4 clearance facilities and 3 non- clearance facilities are not being serviced at this time. Our subcommittee is presently waiting on the vote of the GSR's, in order to implement the H&I subcommittee policy changes. The H&I subcommittee conducting a book drive at the Service Awarenesses day. It was very successful. Three basic text, were donated; and we collected $80 dollars to buy books with. We will be conducting nominations forall administration positions, at our next H&I subcommittee meeting, on June 18, 2019. Our hope at our H&I subcommittee, is to attract more new members in the near future, and encourage former members to returnto service. We placing a literature order in themount of $357,.00 for the mopnth of July. With the 3% Florida Regional discount, our total literature order will cost $349.96.
