General Report: We held our subcommittee on July 17 2018 at 7:00 pm. There were 30 members present, including 2 new members. The new members all attended orientation as well.We are currently taking in 11 presentations into 5 different clearance facilities and 16 presentations into
12 different non-clearance facilities with a combined total of 30 panel leaders with commitments at this time.
We currently have 3 open commitments at clearance facilities and 12 open commitments at non-clearance facilities. Please keep in mind that most of these facilities have multiple presentations on our listing as some facilities request more than one weekly meeting from our H&I subcommittee. With that being said, only 1 clearance facilities and 3 non-clearance facilities are not being serviced at all at this time. The panel coordinators and myself have worked to cleaning up our facilities list. We have contacted every open facitiy on our facilities list, and updated all relevent information. Our hope is to attract more new members in the near future, and encourage former members to return to service. We are placing a literature order in the amount of $307.40 at Area to replenish our stock. To this date the H&I subcommittee has used $993.42 of its allotted 2018 budget
Elections Eion R. was elected H&I ViceChairperson, at our subcommittee meeting on August 21, 2018.
Concerns or Needs: We are asking for a $50 per/month addition to the literature portion of our budget. this amounts to a $600 increase to our H&I annual budget. This increase is due to panel leaders running out of literature, before the end of the month.
Upcoming Events: H&I subcommittee meeting on September 18 2018, at 7:00 pm
