General Report: We held our subcommittee on June19, 2018 at 7:00 pm. There were 28 members present, including 6 new members. The new members all attended orientation as well.We are currently taking in 14 presentations into 8 different clearance facilities and 14 presentations into
12 different non-clearance facilities with a combined total of 29 panel leaders with commitments at this time.
We currently have 9 open commitments at clearance facilities and 14 open commitments at non-clearance facilities. Please keep in mind that most of these facilities have multiple presentations on our listing as some facilities request more than one weekly meeting from our H&I subcommittee. With that being said, only 4 clearance facilities and 7 non-clearance facilities are not being serviced at all at this time. We are hopeful that this can be changed in the near future as more and more new members come to our subcommittee and former members return.
1 Clearance Form and has been submitted since our last subcommittee meeting. We are placing a literature order in the amount of $268.72 at Area to replenish our stock.
Elections:Nominations were held for open Admin positions: Gayle K. was nominated for Literature Chair, Joshua P. was nominated for Secretary, Marla S. was nominated for Panel Coordintor !, Jeff G was nominated for Panel Coordinator 2, Austin B was nominated for H&I Vice Chair. Elections will be held at our next H&I subcommittee meeting on July 17th, 2018 at 7:00 pm.
