General Report: We held our subcommittee on July 17 2018 at 7:00 pm. There were 28 members present, including 4 new members. The new members all attended orientation as well.We are currently taking in 14 presentations into 8 different clearance facilities and 14 presentations into
12 different non-clearance facilities with a combined total of 29 panel leaders with commitments at this time.
We currently have 9 open commitments at clearance facilities and 14 open commitments at non-clearance facilities. Please keep in mind that most of these facilities have multiple presentations on our listing as some facilities request more than one weekly meeting from our H&I subcommittee. With that being said, only 4 clearance facilities and 7 non-clearance facilities are not being serviced at all at this time. The panel coordinators and myself are working on cleaning up our facilities list, this should be done by our next business meeting. We hope to attract more new members in the near future, and encourage former members to return to service. We are placing a literature order in the amount of $301.25 at Area to replenish our stock. To this date the H&I subcommittee has used $669.25 of its allotted 2018 budget
Elections Four admin positions were filled, at our last subcommittee meeting: Gayle K. was elected Literature person, Joshua P. was elected Secretary, Marla S. was elected Panel Coordintor !, Jeff G was elected Panel Coordinator 2, Austin B was withdrawn for consideration as H&I Vice Chairperson, because he did not show up to the subcommittee. Eion R. will present himself for nomination as H&I ViceChairperson, at our next H&I subcommittee meeting on August 21, 2018 at 7:00 pm.
Concerns or Needs: Our literature budget may have to be increase, due to the amount of facilities we service. Some panel leaders do not have enough literature to last them through the month.
Upcoming Events: H&I subcommittee meeting on August 21, 2018
