Opened the meeting with a moment of silence followed by the Serenity Prayer. The 12 Traditions and 12 Concepts were read.
Fundraising/Entertainment - Committee is looking at Comedians & DJ's for the Convention. The next Fundraising Event will be the Spaghetti Dinner on Nov. 12th. Programming - is still listening to tapes and accepting them until Nov 1. We are also looking for Chairs & Speaker for the workshops. They are also researching for signers. Registration - Discussion of what items will go into the Pre-Registration Packet and what items will be in the regular Registration packs. We also need Chairs for the Marathon Meetings. The hotel is gorgeous!!!!! Make sure you make your reservation for your room. You will regret it if you don't, once you see the hotel. Also make sure that you Register for the Convention.
